Place had mold when I moved in, I called it in they said I had to pay for someone to come take a look at it. All the appliances are old. TAKE PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU MOVE OUT. They will screw you on fees.
Such a pain to go through for everything, would not recommend anybody. The maintenance was never on time, I am still waiting for a month for my washer fix. And then I got active duty orders for next month Nov 2025. So I wrote to the agent about me having to vacate the apartment end of this week so they have some time to put the apartment back in market and not be in a loss. I have already paid for October. I would not recommend this place. I have been trying to schedule a tour to look at their B3 two bedroom floor plan and keep getting rescheduled due to the unit not being available. The first time was understandable, they had to reschedule since the unit I wanted to see was not available. They told me it would then be available to view on another day. I showed up for the tour and the unit was still not available. They were able to show me a different unit to get an idea but had to reschedule me again to come back to see the B... read more
