I was at riverhill apartments visiting family, family advised me to park along the wall in visitor parking. When I returned to the parking lot my car had been taking!. 911 dispatch said it was towed for parking with out a permit! Even though I was in visitor parking. Dispatch said that the property is responsible since the contract with the tow company. Left manger a detailed voice mail they will not call me back. Corporate office refuses to hear complaint.
