Loved my time living there. Residents are very nice and quiet, and the landlord Kathy is very attentive. Would recommend
Wasn't a very pleasant place to live in. Too many rules .. No air fresheners (spray, plug ins of any kind), no candles. Rent kept going up EVERY year and I noticed several tenants were outside smoking when they were not supposed to be. Whenever I would ask to get something fixed, the landlord always gave excuses. She would say no one else has any problems so there's no need to replace/fix that. Don't bother with this complex unless you're desperate.
RiverHill Apartments is a beautiful complex on the north side of the Fox River that flows through the town of Omro, WI. The apartments are spacious and very well maintained. The owner is very friendly and easy to work with. We were there for 19 1/2 years and the few maintenance problems that we had were quickly resolved. Although Omro is a small town, it has several amenities. However, it is only 10 miles from Oshkosh, which has stores, restaurants and all of the other services that you would ever need. Very well maintained and managed. Any time we needed anything, all we had to do was ask and it was handled quickly. Only reason we left - we bought a home. The owner/manager is the best I've ever worked with, and I've managed a number of apartments myself!!
