First of all can I just say… location, location, location! RiverHeath is located right on the Fox Valley with beautiful views and great walking trail perfect for dog lovers. The RiverHeath community boasts many amenities and a few shops and restaurants such as Broken Tree Pizza and coffee shop The Tempest. It is also home to Poplar Hall, an event hall that hosts everything from weddings to food truck festivals.
Really nice apartment complex close to downtown and right on the river.
We lived here from July 2022 to July 2025. We loved this place! Only reason why we are moving is to have a yard and basement again, also more room for grandchildren. Our time at RiverHeath was absolutely amazing. They take meticulous care of this property, always doing landscaping, cleaning and the maintenance people are very friendly and great at what they do.
