Really nice apartment complex close to downtown and right on the river.
We lived here from July 2022 to July 2025. We loved this place! Only reason why we are moving is to have a yard and basement again, also more room for grandchildren. Our time at RiverHeath was absolutely amazing. They take meticulous care of this property, always doing landscaping, cleaning and the maintenance people are very friendly and great at what they do. Spacious for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. We are Sr citizens and appreciate the handicap parking in the underground parking garage. The elevator is close to car and our apartment.
