70 ur old women being physically and verbally attacked. Management doesn't care. Favoritism and racism
Horrible place to live. I have been here going on 5yrs and now even though nothing with mine or my son's income had changed they want to say we no longer qualify for income based rent. We we're told 3 days before we had to pay rent that we owed 1,216 instead of the 745.00 we normally paid. They want 30 days notice if we are moving but that don't care to give us the same respect. I don’t recommend this place after living there for years, and management kept going downhill. Moved out 2 years ago. Half the time maintenance wasn’t available or you were afraid to talk to the woman in the office. They charged my son for a broken closet door which wasn’t right, because it eventually got worn out. Also, they evict people illegally. In the process of seeing if my family member has a case worth bringing to court.
