Fantastic place to live and retire. There are some people in this estate who are never going to be pleased no matter how good this place will ever be. Jackie Egyedi is a master at the one star reviews so we are not surprised. Kevin Wrigth is also another one star reviewer without any course to do so. Well kept and managed facilities and grounds, a great swimming pool open during Summer, a community centre and free movie and book library, social club, very reasonable strata fees each quarter, and volunteers managing the grounds. Next to the Serpentine river, where fishing and boating is great. Recently added basketball half-court, pickleball court, and childrens playground. A very friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
The incompetence of the resort's council is easy to spot. Constant water outages and being told water will be if till Tuesday shoes how useless they are. They do half ass repair vwoek. Maybe everyone should complain to the health department. Don't get me started about the stupid street lighting.
