Horrible communication
A great pharmacy, very quick and efficient. Pharmacist John cares about patients and treats them with respect. Havent found that anywhere else in Durango. Thanks!
Rivergate is my top choice for pharmacies in Durango. They are always prompt. They follow through when I leave a voicemail. And if I need a script quickly I can call and know they are on it as soon as possible. Thank you Rivergate!
Veterans: avoid. This pharmacy is listed as "In-network," but when picking up meds the staff claim to only service CHAMPVA (dependents). Ended up paying out of pocket after urgent care (May 2025) and am still trying to get VA to pay for claim since the pharmacy didn't uphold their end of the contract.
