I often go to Rivergate muffler and auto to service both my Chrysler’s, the guys there always fast efficient and very polite. The last two years I’ve been coming to the shop I’ve had nothing but great experiences with all the staff. The guy at the front desk is awesome, very helpful and very informative. They’re great.

I went to Rivergate Muffler for my Acura on Saturday. They were fast and professional.so thanks guys. They quickly gave me an estimate for a very fair price ,it really beaten the quote I had from another shop.overall just really good quality work. As soon as you walk in this shop you can tell they will do a good job, it's clean and the waiting area is nice.

Took my truck in for a fuel pump and a problem I wasn't aware of. They said it was fixed,10 min after leaving the shop the ses light cane back on.took it back and they cleared the code out. Two years previously I hag them put on catalytic converters. However 2 months after they replaced the fuel pump the ses light comes back on.i take it to them, again, and they tell me that I have an intake leak and stopped up cat. I love rivergate mufflers they are very honest, they have reasonable price, very nice people, trusted techs. They fix my check engine lights because I couldn't pass the emissions but they fixed it less than a hour. I would recommend people to come here to get there cars fixed the right way.

I have been bringing my cars and trucks to this shop for several years now and have NEVER HAD A SINGLE PROBLEM!!! Rivergate Muffler is the only place that I will go too. Every where is toooo expensive! I drive a Mercedes and they are the only place I trust to work on my car. Every time I step in the building they treat me like family an always greet me with a friendly attitude. Also my husband took his truck there to get an exhaust done and couldn't be happier. SCAM ALERT... TYPICAL THIEVING MECHANICS...This company is happy to take your money, but they're not competent enough to do their jobs. I had a complete new engine installed by them and it leaks both oil and antifreeze, and it dies at every stop. They refused to fix it and tried to charge me a $69 fee for looking at it!!! They couldn't find anything wrong, is what I was told!!! I spent $2500 and was told that if I came back that they would call the cops!!!

Run!!! This place is completely incompetent from the owner to the techs. Brought my vehicle in for a simple repair that should have cost $250. After they messed everything on the vehicle up and finally telling me they couldnt fix after having the vehicle for a month tried to charge me $1800 for an UNREPAIRED car! Took it to a real repair shop next day all was fixed!! But cost me $1200 for them to undo the damage Rivergate Muffler did and $250 to fix correctly!!!!
