Yes the new manager that we have now and the one helping her who I spoke with gave me appropriate paperwork to give to my doctor. I was requesting a first floor apartment and the last manager property manager said that I needed a note from the doctor. I'm happy to say that the doctor will be filling out appropriate paperwork and things will be all in order for the next available first floor apartment So I'm very pleased that this information that I now have is correct I feel very good about that
Mrs. Francis is amazing! I contacted her for information on the apartments and went in to get an application. Even though I didn't have everything for her to help me today, she still gave me other resources and said she would help me either way! She was extremely helpful, kind, and caring!
Do not live here! Frequent gunfire on the property. Impossible to get in contact with leasing office. Management does not seem bothered by the gunfire nor concerned for the safety of the residents.
Leasing office never answers the phone and there is never anyone there in person.
