Nice but very expensive. They charge addition for every thing such as garage. With what they charge the garage should come with certain unit types automatically. The layout is a little cramped too and like someone previously indicated no river "view" at all.

Just an observation...how do you consider Rivergate to be "on the Delaware river"? Unless the site map is incorrect..you are not overlooking or near the River...Bordentown is a great town, but I beg to differ on location! Just sayin...
I like the concept. Would like to see more layout, prices, more info, pet friendly? Pool? Etc.
