I've lived in the building since 2014, and as such, communal living has its pros and cons. Pros: Built long ago so there is concrete between the floors and walls are pretty thick, I dont often hear my neighbors. There is an attached parking ramp which is nice if you own a car (additional fees). Close to everything! If your stems are your main mode of transport (my situation), you really cannot live in a better location with easy access to many bus/train routes.
