Это первые апартаменты куда мы заселились и Серьгей очень подробно объяснил нам какие документы нужно заполнить. В тот момент не владели Английским. Он помогал нам с подключением интернета, страховка жилья… Очень отзывчивый

From day one, he made the move-in process incredibly smooth, working with me to make everything quick, straightforward, and completely transparent—no hidden fees, no surprises. I love living here for 10 years now and good memories here. Manager and all staff are wonderful! They keep this complex maintained and clean everyday. Its beautiful and very quiet setting. Family Oriented and Neighbors are pleasant as well. I feel safe here always! I will recommend this complex to everyone needing a peaceful and maintained property 😊

My husband and I rented an apartment here twice. The process of checking your application is very transparent. No hidden additional fees. Everything is fast and clear. Manager Sergey is always in touch. Always helps and advises. The attitude is very human and friendly. If something breaks in the apartment, the master does everything quickly.
