Wish I could give this negative 20877 stars. DISGUSTING!!!! AC stays broken in my daughter’s unit. They have disgusting German cockroaches infesting their apartment and fruit flies. I have never been so disgusted at the way a property is managed. I will be sure to take this review to as many social media platforms as possible until it is condemned.
I can only say great things about this place. I’m going into my second year here and I’m loving it. I ended up transferring from the unit I was in last year to one with less bedrooms and they helped make my transition super smooth. I got put into a unit that didn’t have elevator access and the management team ended up offering to help move my TV, mini fridge and some other furniture items down the stairs and into my new place since I wasn’t strong enough to do it myself. If you like rats, this place is perfect for you. I had work the day I saw the rat running in my apartment and spent all day calling the office with no answer. I went and bought mouse traps when I got off. I also went down to the leasing office to ask about getting pest control and they stated they do not call pest control as they come every other week, which is a lie. I have had to call pest control for many reasons and each time the maintenance request had been “completed” they sent an email saying it had, so there should n... read more
The location itself is solid, the apartment itself is decent, but the management is so unbelievably inept and unresponsive that this place might be worth avoiding. Putting it bluntly: if your apartment doesn't have any issues, you will really enjoy living here. If it does... they will make your life awful.
