It was great food! My eyes were bigger than my stomach tho. Lol. The fried crab bites were delicious!!

The view is beautiful. Our service yesterday was not great. Our waitress was in a hurry, very short with us, and pretty rude. My shrimp were not deveined. (Gross) Honestly, this was the deal breaker. The manager wouldn't honor our $5.00 off lunch coupon because we didn't buy drinks. On the coupon, there was no mention of a drink purchase. He said, "We're not like a department store, we don't make that much money." (Maybe they can't afford to pay someone to devein shrimp?) Overall, just a tacky experience, if you ask me.

Pitful, pitful, pitful, pitful! I have Dentures and still couldn't chew my coconut shrimp! Tore my gums all to pieces. After he threatened to call the law on my daughter over her steak she sent back I chocked them down.So we want be back her $70 she worked hard for ..I hope someday he eats at our restaurant I,LL show him how you treat your customers. And it's nothing like we was treated tonight. Want be back. .

Came for dinner last night for the first time. The food was amazing! Fried pickles, crab cakes and pimento cheese for appetizers. Stuffed tilapia, buffalo popcorn shrimp, beer battered cod, Captain's platter and shrimp and grits for our entrees! Everything was fantastic! Pretty views and great service! A hidden gem in Kingsport. �

First time eating here, and the last. I have never been so disrespected at a low quality food establishment, let alone treated this way by the owner. The ribeye was nothing but FAT! My order was sent back, and my check was delivered. Needless to say, the owner refused to take my meal off the ticket. Maybe my dogs will eat it.
