This star is for the amount of time I was on hold only to be told by the ANSWERING SERVICE that I couldn't be helped. I'd have to wait til the following day during open hrs !-.-! Today IS the following day & Iam still rcvng "We are sorry you're still on hold our staff will be with You as soon as possible.".... is a JOKE. I am inconveniently forced to go there in person just to make my appt!
