On moment day thebagentnwas on time, however, the unit was not cleaned and was extremely gross. So they got the cleaning company to come back and clean, postponing moving in. 5 cleaners arrived. They did a very mediocre job and i still had to clean once they were gone. Now that I've moved out and completed a walk through with the agent, i still haven't received the damage deposit yet, and it's been over a month. How can this be happening?
It took over 50hrs and numerous phone calls to get water restored to my unit with an infant and 2 other children. Enercare was extremely unreliable in providing their 24/7 customer care and their call centre staff who I talked to did not seem to have enough knowledge to be any kind of help with my service call. He was polite though. Kevin from the local maintenance team was awesome and made things happen in a very quick fashion.
