Friendly staff members and they provide excellent customer service.
I recently became a patient at this office and had a really great experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the moment I booked my appointment. The office is clean, modern, and has a lot of high-tech equipment, which made everything feel very professional and up-to-date. Dr. Kim and Melissa were both very kind and took the time to listen to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. I had a really great experience at Riverfront Dental. I’ll be honest I’m not usually a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr Sandra made it way easier than I expected. From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly and easy to talk to. The front desk staff made everything simple, and I didn’t feel rushed or like “just another patient.” The dentist and hygienist were both really gentle and took the time to explain what they were doing, which helped calm my nerves a lot.
