Best experience. Couldn’t have been any better.
Went in for an emergency appointment because I had pain. I had a panic attack and started to cry after having an xray device shoved into my mouth to see the issue. They explained it was build up from not having a cleaning in awhile (not once did they ask or try to know my situation). At the end of my appointment I was seated in the waiting area waiting for my ride when all of a sudden my dentist’s assistant comes laughing into the reception area talking to the receptionist about my situation laughing about me. Been minute, hell years since I visited a dentist. Took a lot of nerves and overcoming fears to walk in, and glad I found Riverfront Dental! While I've had just two visits a week apart, they were so welcoming and made me feel at ease during both visits. Shout out to Dr. Sandra and Nancy for taking care of me and smile
Helpful staff, office was clean and looked after, Dentist was very friendly and welcoming. I have my next cleaning booked :)
