Service was great, food was excellent with big portions. Definitely going back.
I was here last year by chance. I am also a barbecue snob - I have cooked many whole lambs and pigs by fire on a vertical spit Patagonian style. I have never owned a gas grill - and I have been to many, many barbecue joints. I never heard of this place before, but am glad I ran into it. I rank it at the top of the list of the best ribs I have ever had! So good that I asked to meet the owner, took a tour of the kitchen, and bought as many jars of their homemade sauce as I could carry. What a delightful surprise of a place!

I had the Vegetable Risotto with the smoked sausage. It was so good! My husband loves the Sausage Mac & Cheese. The Russian Lemonade was delicious! Service was excellent!
We absolutely love this place ☆☆☆☆☆ Their BBQ is some of the best around and I know people go for that.. Yesterday My Boyfriend and I went so we wanted to try something new. I had the Haddock Florentine, can I just say that, that was the most mouthwatering fish I have had in a long time.. He had the Steak and Risotto that was Amazing.. I would always recommend Riverfront Barbecue and Grille to Everyone ♡♡♡♡♡
After one visit, it's officially in the date-night rotation. Ribs were solid and the cornbread melts in your mouth! Wife liked the sides so much, we ordered a slaw to-go. Nice atmosphere and good service, too.

After being in the south for many years, coming back and finding good BBQ in Maine was hard to do. We were told of Riverfront BBQ & Grill by a friend & I can definitely say we were NOT disappointed! Ordered a little of everything on the menu and was very pleased to say this place knows southern BBQ! We will definitely be back!! Everything was great, service was fantastic and wait time wasn't bad. Prices reasonable.
