Edited to add: the business responded they would have the office manager follow up with me, which, unsurprisingly, never happened. They told me ON THE PHONE the day I initially posted this review the office manager would be calling me the next day because of the problems I had been having which also never happened. I've read a lot of reviews for Hawk Pointe that complain about the front desk staff. In my experience, the staff was very nice and the manager was exceptional. My one star rating has to do with the level of care that I received. I had a seriously infected abscess on my back that just manifested within a couple of days. Ryan Emmert, FPN, took a quick look at it (literally, a three second peek), and acknowledged I had an infection. Dr. Andrews is one of the best doctors I have ever had. My family and I I have numerous autoimmune diseases and a lot of rare diseases. She helps manage everything. So much so that I feel like I put stress on her. But she helps me live somewhat better quality of life. The one disappointment I have is that with Phillipsburg open. Dr. Andrews is not in Washington a lot anymore. It’s extremely hard to get an appointment with her. And now Washington is not open on Saturdays.
