It's almost impossible to make appointments. I have been calling for a week and keep getting our lines are busy. Then it disconnects. They have make an appointment through the portal but no one answers. When the Dr's office has meetings or lunch they shut down the phones. So you can't leave a message or anything. It's crazy.
UPDATED 5yrs later: Dr. Andrews (formerly Dr. Brazil) is a phenomenal, thorough, and kind doctor!! She is very knowledgeable and the staff is very helpful, as well. ***Dr. Andrews has been my PCP for almost a decade. She continues to provide the best care that I, as a chronically ill patient, so desperately need with a grace and attention to detail like none other. Been there four times trying to get a letter for my insurance company. Is like trying to draw blood out of a rock. Impossible to get them to do something on the patient behalf.
I like this office, but you can never get through to anyone when they take their phones off the hook over an hour before closing.
Doctors are okay, but care varies when the front desk picks and chooses when to answer the phone and then reserves entire days for same day appointments.
