I moved into Riverfalls Tower Apartments a little over two years ago after coming from another state. I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and a vibrant community of staff and tenants who made my stay feel close to home. The manager, Ryan Bollinger, is an OUTSTANDING person who cares for the safety and cleanliness of the property and experiences of his residents. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at Riverfalls Tower Apartments!!!! When I move back to Spokane Washington, I will try to stay there again.
I had the pleasure of living at Riverfall Towers in Spokane, and Ryan, the property manager, was exceptional! He was always friendly, approachable, and ready to help with any issue that came up. His commitment to making the building a great place to live truly stood out. Highly recommend him for his top-notch service and dedication!"

Unusable appliances and they know that when you sign your lease, because they tell you they “might not work” over $300 monthly heating bill, due not only to the windows but the horrible sealing on all the doors, you can see the hallway lights through every crack on the front door. Overflowing trashes, unkept grounds with trash in every hallway. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. I wanted to thank the Management team at Riverfalls Tower Apartments. In todays day and age it’s nice to know there are still Managers out there who actually communicate with there tenants. From start to finish Ryan, with Riverfalls Tower Apartments has communicated with me throughout the rental process. I was in a transition period after recently selling my Home.
