Absolutely repulsive. Do not send anyone here, even as a last resort. Therapist treated my wife like shit and minimized/ignored her experience with abusive parents. Much of the day-to-day work is done by volunteers and not medical professionals. Many of these volunteers were rude or aggressive. Personal items dropped off were not given to my wife during her stay. No visitors were allowed, no exceptions. She only had monitored phone time up to 10 minutes. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE. I stayed for 5 days due to a high suicidal ideation and was thoroughly tormented. I was constantly disassociated and cried to the point where my skin on my face was overly dry, and the sanitation of the place didn't help. The food was also horrible and 2 of the staff members were very condescending towards me and the other patients. My sister has been in this nightmare factory for a little over 24 hours. I just got off the phone with her and was told she caught a male staff member WATCHING PORN ON HIS PHONE last night. There are people fighting constantly and one man is particularly violent. Her bed was riddled with pubic hair but she was afraid to say something out of fear of someone labeling her as being problematic and trying to keep her there longer. my daughter had all but 1 pair of panties stolen. she came home with only the clothes she had on for 3 days. can't get anyone on the phone to explain what is going on. 3 t-shirts 2 pairs of pants and a bra were all stolen

Compassionate and professional staff, educational groups, great place for substance abuse treatment. Phenomenal dual diagnosis inpatient unit (2 West)! Overall, wonderful experience! Shout out to Kenneth Jackson, the best CADC there! Would definitely go back!
