Absolutely repulsive. Do not send anyone here, even as a last resort. Therapist treated my wife like shit and minimized/ignored her experience with abusive parents. Much of the day-to-day work is done by volunteers and not medical professionals. Many of these volunteers were rude or aggressive. Personal items dropped off were not given to my wife during her stay. No visitors were allowed, no exceptions. She only had monitored phone time up to 10 minutes. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE. I stayed for 5 days due to a high suicidal ideation and was thoroughly tormented. I was constantly disassociated and cried to the point where my skin on my face was overly dry, and the sanitation of the place didn't help. The food was also horrible and 2 of the staff members were very condescending towards me and the other patients. My sister has been in this nightmare factory for a little over 24 hours. I just got off the phone with her and was told she caught a male staff member WATCHING PORN ON HIS PHONE last night. There are people fighting constantly and one man is particularly violent. Her bed was riddled with pubic hair but she was afraid to say something out of fear of someone labeling her as being problematic and trying to keep her there longer. After 4 weeks in this facility our son was discharged in the same condition as he entered. Within 2 hours he was in the emergency room and is in now in a caring and concerned facility. Would leave a negative rating if possible. Would not send our worst enemy to this facility.

Do not EVER take your child here! Our daughter was in the PHP program twice. Twice they failed to inform me of her care or her treatment. She came home everyday with 5 stars and it didn't help her a bit. After calling over and over, leaving messages for her therapist, he finally called me back only to tell me that they were discharging her for missing a few days. They also released her diagnosis to her school before us (her parents). Her school refusal continued and her school recommended she go back for hospitalization. Aft... read more
