RecommendedI love bringing my dog to Riverdog. I have been going for about 5 months now. Andrea is great, she works the front desk. Erica and Claudia are very sweet and are always smiling. My dog barks the whole car ride there, she is always excited when I mention we are going. I really like the new updates cannot wait for the new self wash to be finish.
TL;DR: This review is for day camp. * Training camp is great. Trainers there are professional. * Puppy Kinder Play was great when we sent our dog there. But it's before changing the owner. Now, not sure. Ever since the new owners have taken over this place has gone down hill. It's a huge bummer. We've been taking our dog to Riverdog for over 4+ years, and since the new owners took over in August most of the amazing staff have disappeared. The dogs don't seem happy, and the new staff don't seem engaged with the dogs or happy either. Even simple daily perks such a the reporting system was replaced with texts that came at odd hours and multiple times in a row.
