I lived here for 14 months and overall had a pretty positive experience. A great place to live. Lots of good resteraunts, a great grocery store, Amazon locker, and park within a very short walking distance. Maintenance is friendly, takes good care of the property, and gets repairs done quickly. The water feature provides a nice ambiance, and the abundance of tall redwood trees provide plenty of shade for all the units. It was a wonderful stay, great tenants, friendly staff, and a great location, very quite and peaceful and especially the lake view with ducks which my new born kid loved. I has no issues with neighbors or anything.
