Joshua gets 5 !! Called in to ask some questions about renting a unit and had the pleasure to speak with Joshua. That man is amazing, super helpful, amazingly patient, very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, respectful and understanding all while being professional. One of the best interactions I've ever had with an employee! Answered all my questions no regardless of how silly. Made sure I was able to get exactly what I was looking for in such a seamless process too. Great overall experience! 10 out of 10 recommend!
Terrible experience they going up on price whit out noticed
I’ve never rented a storage unit before and had no idea of the process. Joshua helped me and was very knowledgeable. Now I’m all set to start my rental today, thanks to him.
