I’ve been waiting on them to get my medical records for 4 weeks now. No one has called or given me any type of an update. I called again today and the lady is giving me the same information she gave me 4 weeks ago. I told them my new born needed to be seen asap and the lady could care less. The front desk seems to be completely clueless as to what’s going on I will take my baby somewhere else.
The doctor is amazing and if your child has any serious health problems they squeeze them in same day appointments. I love how attentive the doctor is, patient and kind the staff is also nice and pleasant.
I was having a lot of trouble at first getting my newborn in, however after working with the front desk via email and cell phones because the phones were down in office, we got everything figured out very fast. The doctor here is SUPER nice and amazing. The front desk is great and the wait time is very minimal. I usually spend 45 minutes to an hour at most there. Definitely recommend
