Do not come to this practice. Dr.Villi is one of the worst! He doesn't listen to the patient and has a horrible attitude. Unprofessional! They don't offer any preventive methods to keep their patients healthy. The also lose samples. They lost my blood and urine samples! Neither the doctor or staff contacted me about the issue. Hi my name is Deborah Mallesch and I've been a patient at Riverdale family practice. I went in there recently for a prescription for medication that I've been on. The doctor whose name I'm not going to say out of fear of retaliation kept saying to me "you're killing me". This is both abusive and degrading treatment. If you don't want to do your job don't take it out on a patient. The level of care and professionalism of staff has definitely changed since I started going here in 2012. There is one particular female doctor who no matter what I am there to do blood work for is always insistent that I take an STD test. It is to the point that it is offensive. I know this is not standard because the other doctors do not insistent that an STD test is included with general blood work. I am almost sure that she does not do this with non-black patients.
