I was looking for a doctor and when called to this office they told me to print some paperwork and bring it to them. So I spend about an hour printing 8 pages and filling them out. When I brought it to the Riverdale Family Medicine office I was told they don't work with the type of insurance I have. Would be so nice they told me about it when I called and I didn't waste my time doing all this work!

Went to get new medicine & had an emotional appointment. Didn’t realize she was asking to refill old meds so I said “yes” to it even without realizing what she asked though I NEVER asked for them myself. She accused me of attempting to sell the medication even though I had multiple scrips from a year ago for the same medication at home and wasn’t the one who brought the medication up.
