Took frames and prescription in. Took three weeks to get glasses back. They didn’t feel quite right but wore them a few days to try to get used to them. Took them back and it turned out one of the lenses was wrong. Took almost two weeks to get them back, and again one of the lenses was wrong. Both times it was the fault of the person in the store. I finally asked for a refund which I got promptly. All in all, it was six weeks and I was still using an outdated prescription.
Wonderful experience, Dr. Vaystub and her staff were so warm and welcoming. She made the eye exam pleasant, and took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. Choosing frames with Mitch was super easy, I described what I liked and within moments he pulled out several options, all perfect. I never felt rushed or pushed into choosing a frame that wasn't perfect. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.. great experience start to finish.
Always enjoy my experience here. From the welcomimg receptionist to the awesome lady who does the eye tests, to the very clear fashionista of a man who helps you picks the frames and gives you the best home stories to warm your heart. Absolutely lovely. And i got some amazing glasses. Very very happy. Thanks.
Very poor customer service. I walked in to see how much it would cost to get prescription for new glasses. The woman at the front desk had an attitude and seemed like she did not want to be bothered. She rolled her eyes at me and said she couldn’t help me. I walked out and will not be going back. Driving away business because you don’t feel like working is new to me.
The appointment I had here to get updated lenses was the worst that I have ever experienced, and needlessly depressing. Dr. Vaystub evaluated my vision in a dark room with a crooked sepia-toned chart and told me I had far too much tissue damage for my vision to be improved. Her measurements for me were more than twice as bad as other recent assessments by distinguished specialists who are caring for my mild ARMD.
