The service here sucks, the work hours are not sufficiently adequate for working people. How can a business close Saturday, Sunday and Monday’s. They lie to you and say that your glasses will be ready in 2 weeks and it will take a month or more to get a call saying your frames are ready. The reason why I came to get glasses is because am having a hard time seeing. why make me wait a month just to see clearly. I really need to find a better servicing eye glass place. Beware, fraudulent activities, my insurance company paid $200 & I paid$100 for glasses. I didn't receive my glasses from this optical store. This optical store do not abide by the insurance policy and other optical store policy. There is a 90 day exchange after pick at all other optical stores. There policy is THERE 90 days start at time of PURCHASE not PICK UP. Then they tried to insult my intelligence, by offering me a discount of $250.00 dollars in addition to the $300.00. Ha Ha Ha. This place is terrible. Dropped my frames off 4 months ago still no word, staff is rude, hours of operation are weird and work is slow needless to say. If 0 stars was a choice here
