It was a good experience good service
This dental office is everything! The nurses, techs, and doctor were all very sweet, thorough and thoughtful. Excellent customer service and care. I have found my new dentist!!
There are several things that needs to be corrected. 1) the waiting time in the check in and patient treatment area is extremely long. 2) the young ladies who were very nice and did well but there’s an issue. When they are asking questions or giving instructions they are standing behind you because the dental chair is facing in the opposite direction. I have very good hearing but the fact that they are behind me and they have a mask on makes it “very difficult” to hear and understand them. At a minimum they need to be in fro... read more
Professional, friendly, honest. From the front desk, to the dental assistant, to the dentist. Same positive energies and vibrations. Dentist was superb! For an extraction this go 'round. Did I mention dental offices are my least favorite? But time after time, visit after visit, I feel confident about the visits. So thank you Riverdale Dental Smiles.
