With only 14 reviews don’t be fooled this place is awful. They lied and told me they gave my car an alignment. It took 15 minutes imtotal and I thought it was a little short but they reassured me I was fine. After their card reader not working I was told I had to go get cash some how on a rainy Georgia day. I ended up walking 3 blocks to a bank came back paid and leaves thinking I was properly taken care of. Dishonest. Rude. Screamed at me on the phone when calling to ask about the status of my repair. Really surprised this shop is still open as bad as the customer service is and as dirty as the inside is. No where to sit and wait.

I don't take leaving scathing reviews of a business lightly, and I have done business with Ronnie several times previously with mostly satisfactory results. However. After my most recent transaction with Riverdale Automotive, I can no longer trust nor recommend this shop. Ronnie installed an engine in my Nissan Frontier earlier this year. Ronnie is an honest guy. Was very thorough with trying to find the issue with my vehicle. My experience here was way better than any dealership that I've been to.
