Well, what can I say! I am grateful for the apartment because I was in a bad situation when I moved to Massena however, I've read the other reviews and each one has it's merits. I've been literally begging for years to have the carpet removed and replaced with flooring .The carpets are old stained and literally falling apart I've gone through two vacuums because it gets stuck. I bought a rug scrubber ,I've scrubbed and scrubbed. The stains just beal back through. My sink leaks I literally have a huge pasta pan that I empty e... read more
Are you freaking serious? These apartments are NOT well maintained. My mother lives there for YEARS and nothing is fixed. Kitchen sink ready to fall in. Ceiling in bathroom ready to come down. And the super that takes care of the dump? Dave .... what a joke!!!!
Stop mistreating their employees, trying to make no ey at the expense of those who have made great improvement s to the property. I will no longer work with this owner or recommend the property to anyone
I lived at the Riverdale apts when I was a youong girl. I wnat to move back because it was a wonderful place to grow up. I wish that my mother would have stayed there. I am looking forward to contacting the Manager to see if there are opening for me to move back with my family. I just know that my husband and daughter would love it! I hope that the litte forest is still there, and has not been tanted by graphity. I really want to move back. My family also lives in louisville and I want to be close to them.
