Working with Emma was one of the best experiences that I have had with an apartment manager in a while. The move in with Emma was smooth. She kept me in the loop on everything not to mention I absolutely love my new unit.
Beware, there are roaches.
*Beware* we were given the run around being told there would be an apartment available and even gave a holding deposit. Every time I’d call to check or get an update I was treated very rudely kept being told next week, next month, etc. they took a holding deposit to hold the next available apt yet seemingly after 3 months still no apartments available. I asked for the deposit back and the money was never returned. This place is a scam !
