*Beware* we were given the run around being told there would be an apartment available and even gave a holding deposit. Every time I’d call to check or get an update I was treated very rudely kept being told next week, next month, etc. they took a holding deposit to hold the next available apt yet seemingly after 3 months still no apartments available. I asked for the deposit back and the money was never returned. This place is a scam !

My family and I have been living at Riverdale Apartments for over 10yrs. We have been around for many managers and maintenance. Since Jay took over, he’s made it safer by adding lots of lighting, fixing stairs and fencing. He’s continually making the community appealing by arranging landscaping and painting. Recently had a few renovations inside the apartment. He set them up and had them completed quickly. Jose takes care of maintenance and is helpful in fixing things the right way. For an apartment in Hemet, it isn't to shabby. Neighbors are nice and friendly. Management on the other hand is horrendous. I have multiple repairs and requests needed for my apartment that will probably never get finished because of management. I've had to contact people up to corprate level just to get basic requests even heard. I can't recommend living here from that reason alone.
