"I am writing this to share a deeply upsetting experience and to ensure the clinic management is aware of an unexpected outcome. I brought my dog to this clinic because she was acting strangely. The vet performed a physical exam, blood work, and X-rays, which all came back normal. Because she was still not acting right, I explicitly suggested maybe she was have Addison disease or any underlying hidden neurological or soft-tissue causes that standard tests cannot see. We had an appointment with our cat in November 2025 with Dr. Elizabeth. Dr. did full exam of our cat, but she didn’t diagnose he has a heart murmur. Then she prescribed him drops and pills and charged three times more than I saw the price on Amazon afterwards. In total we paid $300+. Today we went to another clinic at the Toronto Humane Society and the doctor diagnosed a heart murmur grade 2 on both sides of his heart.
