The property is nice and quiet. Grass, bushes were maintained well. Beautiful original doors and hardwood floor. Scott the owner left a cute little welcome drawing when we first moved in. The maintenance man was so kind. The reason I’m giving three stars is because the unit I was staying in, had a humidity problem which in turn caused a mold problem. It might’ve just been the unit I was living in. We had to run a big dehumidifier unless it was freezing outside because it felt wet inside. My clothes smelled like mildew and it... read more

Great townhouses, and Scott (the landlord) is amazing. I searched far and wide when moving to Delaware and Rivercroft community is above all even considering Wilmington area. The residents are lovely, Scott is decent, upfront and understanding person. Maintainence is quick and responsive. Best place to live in greater Wilmington area! I moved out only for a new job out-of-state otherwise I would've stayed.
Absolutely wonderful place to call home. Lived here for almost 5 years and only left to move out of state for work. Great location right off highways and walking distance to grocery, library and more. Scott the landlord was fantastic and always able to help from move in to move out. Dave and Phil from maintenance responded quickly and efficiently to any problem we had. Would give it higher than 5 stars if possible
