I am extremely disappointed with my experience visiting this property. Living here has to be stressful, and I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, peaceful place to call home. One of the most disturbing experiences I witnessed was what appeared to be a police raid on one of the apartments. Approximately 10–12 armed police officers surrounded the unit with their guns drawn while carrying a large battering ram to force entry. The property is nice and quiet. Grass, bushes were maintained well. Beautiful original doors and hardwood floor. Scott the owner left a cute little welcome drawing when we first moved in. The maintenance man was so kind. The reason I’m giving three stars is because the unit I was staying in, had a humidity problem which in turn caused a mold problem. Great townhouses, and Scott (the landlord) is amazing. I searched far and wide when moving to Delaware and Rivercroft community is above all even considering Wilmington area. The residents are lovely, Scott is decent, upfront and understanding person. Maintainence is quick and responsive. Best place to live in greater Wilmington area! I moved out only for a new job out-of-state otherwise I would've stayed.
