As many have said, this place is a scam. It has been 2 and a half months since I first submitted a maintenance request for a broken washing machine. Two weeks ago they said they would fix it on Monday and then never showed up.
I lived at this property for two years and overall had a positive experience. Pros: The staff is kind, responsive, and always willing to help. Maintenance concerns were typically addressed quickly, the property is well maintained, they have a professional company do landscaping and you will see maintenace cleaning up every morning. the apartments are spacious. So as of today, I have called them about 5 to 8 times, and no one has replied back to my calls or even answered them. If I could rate them 0 stars for the lack of communication and service I would. I moved out about 2 years ago and today I just found out that I owed about 5k. I called to get a statement about what exactly I am being charged for because I obviously do not want to have debt under my name, but no one answered. I don’t actually live here, but I wanted to leave a review after a great experience with the staff yesterday. Before our visit, we received a thoughtful call reminding us of our tour, which I really appreciated. When we arrived, the young lady in the office was so kind and welcoming. She showed us around the amenities, property, and everything looked beautifully maintained and polished. I’ve been a tenant here since summer 2024, and I recently had a really frustrating experience that almost made me leave a bad review. But I didn’t, because I felt like it wouldn’t be fair to ignore all the good experiences we’ve had here over time.
