Worst place ever. I moved to this apartment in 2022 and move out in May 2024. I told the manager I was moving out and she never mentioned any letter till they send me a deposit check of $11.07. They charged me for the blinds, which were all new when o moved out! Charged me for touch up that it was there before I move in and they took pictures before I moved in and said they would put on my lease. So they got $2470 from my deposit and never gave me back. I lived here for 2 years and recently moved out to live in Seattle. I enjoyed my stay for the most part! Here are my thoughts: Pros: -great location, right next to downtown Woodinville and Sammamish river trail, close-ish to Kirkland and Redmond -the ladies in the office are nice -maintenance was always quick and efficient -my particular unit got a ton of natural light and was a great layout (I think I got one of the better units though tbh) -quiet complex; I really didn’t hear my neighbors ever, even being on the first floo... read more
