Ms. Lisa Brown was phenomenal. I love her attitude. She could easily be a friend. All employees are great so far.
I applied and got approved, I even toured the apartment and got sent the welcome/lease letter but I didn’t move in when I was supposed to just because I didn’t have pay stubs when I said in the email after I applied “I am self employed I don’t have paystubs” and then literally a day later she said I was approved. It seems pretty unprofessional to me. That means the lady never looked at the email that was required after doing the application. It’s very inconvenient for me because that caused me to be homeless.
