Lisa the assistant manager has an amazing personality. She is welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. I appreciated how patient she was explaining everything to me. Its been about 8 months here and we are struggling with getting basic things fixed in the apartment. It took a little over a month to get electricity back in our kitchen. From start to finish, Lisa went above and beyond—showing me multiple apartments in different price ranges and layouts to help me find something I truly loved within my budget. What stood out most was her honesty and knowledge during the viewing. She made me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. I love my rental office staff and apartment! Ashley and Lisa have always been great and such a help when I call or come in with questions. I have been with Rivercrest since 2020-2021 and have had two different apartments with them. I have no complaints. Youll be happy and comfortable!
I just recently started living at Rivercrest Arms Apartments. My apartment is perfect for me very clean and spacious. The office staff was so nice to me and took care of me. I am really happy with my apartment. I would recommend this place to call home. Mz Lisa gets all 5 stars for her assistance, you are greatly appreciated. Thanks again
