Rivercrest Staff 10/10! Lisa made my move in so easy , she’s very helpful and does her job well ! She made sure everything was in order for me when it was time to move in. I appreciate her so much .
Lisa the assistant manager has an amazing personality. She is welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. I appreciated how patient she was explaining everything to me. Its been about 8 months here and we are struggling with getting basic things fixed in the apartment. It took a little over a month to get electricity back in our kitchen. We have requested our screen door to be replaced since February and it is still broken. We have had two individuals replace the screen door with another broken screen. From start to finish, Lisa went above and beyond—showing me multiple apartments in different price ranges and layouts to help me find something I truly loved within my budget. What stood out most was her honesty and knowledge during the viewing. She made me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way.
