Management doesn't take problems seriously. Editing to reply to management. I did call the district manager. No reply 5 days later.
I love my rental office staff and apartment! Ashley and Lisa have always been great and such a help when I call or come in with questions. I have been with Rivercrest since 2020-2021 and have had two different apartments with them. I have no complaints. Youll be happy and comfortable!
I just recently started living at Rivercrest Arms Apartments. My apartment is perfect for me very clean and spacious. The office staff was so nice to me and took care of me. I am really happy with my apartment. I would recommend this place to call home. Mz Lisa gets all 5 stars for her assistance, you are greatly appreciated. Thanks again
I lived at this complex for seven years. The apartments are spacious with plenty of closet and cabinet space. I do wish there were washers and dryers in the units, and the walls are a bit thin—so noise can travel. It’s worth asking about the building layout and neighbors before moving in. The property is well kept, and the location is very convenient—close to stores, restaurants, a local pub, a park, and even fishing spots near I-94. It’s also in a great school district. The RCA girls have been very helpful with the moving in process, they’ve made it easy and address/fix all of my concerns. They’re great at communication and are extremely informative.
