I have been bringing my 80 year old father here for years and each and every time they leave him sitting in the room for over a hour sometimes almost 2 hours in a little room, just to see the Dr. In my opinion 1 hour should be long enough to wait on a person with a PHD then after that they are invading on OUR time! This is ridiculous! If you can't meet the time required to see a patient then don't schedule more appointments! Searching for new medical provider!
Wendy Hartsoe is the absolute best. She is no nonsense down to earth. Takes the time to explain everything and also takes the time to an answer all your questions. 5 stars are not nearly enough stars for this provider.
