Incompetent front desk people that refuse to answer phone calls. I have just made 20 calls with no answer
Great doctors here .... but the phone system needs significant improvement and modernization. Or remove the phone answering by setting up an online appointment system ? So people don't have to phone up to 5-10 times to cancel / rebook. Thanks.
The office staff are a bunch of clowns. Constant excuses as to why they constantly drop the ball. Rude and unprofessional. Honestly baffled that the office staff are still employed for how poorly they treat patients and shirk any and all responsibility.
