Rude and incompetent clinic.
I don’t think Kayla knows what she’s doing. 2 years ago I asked Kayla to refer me for a ganglion cyst removal (tried multiple other methods with no success). She said it would take up to two years to get a date with surgeon. Now I find out she never sent the referral. They’ve never followed up with me, or answer the phone, except today when I called to remove myself as a patient from that office.
The doctors are good. Salem is great. The admin team tries. The systems, and management? DEPLORABLE! They answer 35% of calls. Good luck getting through. Ive been here for 10 years as a patient. In that time 100% of prescriptions they said they faxed did NOT arrive at the pharmacy. No exaggeration. ZERO prescriptions have just arrived at a pharmacy properly without me and the pharmacy needing to chance them down 2 or 3 times. Which is allot of fun when they don't answer the phone.
