A place of healing
Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional attitude from the office manager (NAZ) very rude and thinks she owns the place. Never smiles and disregards patients as if they are a burden on her. For whatever reason when you ask for the office manager’s name, it’s a secret until you talk to her and when you do talk to her, unbelievably rude
This is a great clinic. Doctors and staff are very nice. Very efficient. Convenient to have a pharmacy attached and John the pharmacist is a great guy. Sometimes its very busy but you can still get in pretty quickly, in my opinion.
My doctor is excellent as are the other doctors I have seen in his absence. The receptionists, however, are disorganized and not patient-centred. I called 28 times just to make an appointment. The receptionists put me on hold about 5 times and didn’t bother to return and take my call. The other times my calls went straight to voicemail. Reception needs a complete makeover and a real strategy put in place to handle a busy medical centre.
