I understand that they are very busy but asking you to be on hold and putting you on wait mode at the same time.,not giving a single second to even say “that’s ok” is kinda rude..
I had an amazing experience here with Dr. Moheddin Ahmed. In and out, was very sympathetic and gentle. Would come back for sure.
We have been coming here for a few years now and they just keep getting better. Doctors are actually listening to you and work with you to find a solution. They don't just treat you as a number and try to push you out the door. Open and honest and seem to actually care. We had never used the pharmacy now until recently and I will never go anywhere else. 10 minutes for a fill and they are better priced than Costco! One of the ABSOLUTE worst walk in clinics I have ever encountered! The receptionists are incompetent, they are rude, they are condescending. This clinic has a lot of work to do!! A young girl cut her foot at the beach and was told to calm down and was handed some stickers…. The doctor rooms HOURS to see only 4 patients!! When I FINALLY got to see a doctor 2.5 hrs later - they lied to me and told that the patients before me all had appointments - however, I was in the waiting room and witnessed them come in as walk-ins!
