Listen think twice before moving in this place. It's quiet in some buildings. When it's time to take care of business for the tenants it's a joke you might as well get your own tool box and do the repairs yourself. All the money these places ask for is not worth it. It's all about the money can't wait to get out of here. 94 outside and it's 90 in your apartment. These apartments needs to be brought up to code by the state of Michigan.
