He refused to give any value to a brand new roof, didn't take into consideration this house is the only house with pool near by within last year or more being sold in this area refused to value accordingly. Wouldn't even listen to the lender that also badly disagreed with him and asked to take roof and value correctly and take new time being added Into consideration he said no. Coming from a person who's has family in this field this was not done correct at all... something isnt right...
