The online process to rent a storage unit was very easy. We needed a larger unit and Tova was extremely helpful. She was able to secure me a larger storage unit, sent me the lease immediately. Within 15 minutes, I had a new larger unit. Easy process and great customer service from Tova. Highly recommend.

She provided very specific information and went through the whole contract with me so I understood everything and also went over possible price changes so I am not surprised if it happens. She also took me to look at the different storages available as well as walked me through the password process to ensure my code worked and all the things! Thank you Robin for being amazing!
