Moved here from Florida so I wasn’t aware the area… at first it was little problems then over the course of 3 years kinda got outta hand I just wouldn’t recommend
Wow I thought about moving there until I read the reviews, definitely sounds like a unsafe place and environment. Everybody wants safety because of their kids and everybody wants a good maintenance person that know what their doing. I mean if u fix it right the first time u wouldn't have to come back...idk but thank you to the reviews
Property management is bad for business… the break ins are very bad. The kids in the neighborhood breaking out the windows on the property and nothing is being done about it. The kids in the neighborhood pulling out guns on you and nothing is being done. The won’t fix nothing. We have to pay them rentals insurance to protect their property and our belongings.
