I went to look for a scarf, I had 2 amazing people help me. I tried on a couple pairs of jeans. I really loved the flare jeans. It was a good experience, not many people are nice to you. I will most definitely, go back and get them flare jeans!
I have shopped and taken my children to see Santa for 14 years at the Galleria. This year they would not allow me to stand off of their set on the tile to take a picture of my children. They claimed due to copyright. I bought the cheapest package of $43.00, but had an employee walk and stand in front of me while I was trying to take pictures of my daughters talking to Santa. Please consider adding a location for nursing mothers. I walked all over the mall trying to find somewhere to feed my 2 month old son. I ended up hiding in a corner of a department store. Also, additional elevators would be nice to accommodate strollers.
Edited: Thank you to Mike White, General Manager of the Galleria. When he learned of the problem we had with the Adore Cosmetics Store he accompanied us there and obtained a refund for my sister. He also made sure that she felt welcome at the Galleria and to contact him if she ever had a problem there. He corrected this problem in a timely manner. My husband and I took a road trip, therefore it was our first time this weekend. We are definitely looking forward to our next trip there. I Love Hyatt Regency which is attached to the mall. Great rooms, great atmosphere and very convenient to everything. No complaints for us!!
