You opened right back up at 6am after that shooting &murder was in your mall! Shame on you Riverchace Galleria! Never stepping foot in your cime scene of a mall again!! I don't know how all the employees can bare to just go back in! If you cared about them you woukd have remained closed for a day or two!

We were not expecting to get our money back but just wanted to right the wrong and prevent it from happening to anyone else. I shopped the Galleria for 3 stores: Von Maur, Chico's and Children's Place. Now that Chico's has closed, there's barely a reason for me to go there. Very sad.

If you're looking for a warm place to go, don't come here. It's colder in here than it is outside
Just a quick question. Why was inside of the mall freezing cold yesterday? It's not an outdoor mall, and I bet y'all make enough money to afford some heat. It was ridiculous couldn't even enjoy a day with my family without freezing.
