Very disappointed in my appointment with Dr. Tivoli. The appointment was extremely rushed, I wasn’t able to ask any questions, she didn’t even try to understand what was happening to me. I left the appointment more confused than I arrived. I am postpartum and developed a bad rash all over my body and she rushed me out with creams that I’m not sure (and she wasn’t sure) are safe for breastfeeding. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately Dr. Tivoli seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to ask if we had any concerns or questions.
This place makes you wait on average 5 months for an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. Then the doctor cancels your appt due to “being out of office” suddenly. Makes you wait 3 extra months; Li should add a squeeze-in appt. You will also have to wait an hour after your appt time at the office because of the amount of people. If they aren’t organized and are running behind they should schedule appointments farther apart. Expensive co-pay also.
I’ve seen both Dr. Wong and Stephanie. Both were very kind and thorough. The young ladies Valerie and Taylor were patient enough to take their time to verify my insurance and find my authorization after back and forth with my pcp. Hard to find great offices like this!
