the staff if friendly, efficiant, and very skilled and well trained! Dr. Lidia is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and skilled in her procedures
My Visit was easy and the Dr Starr was wonderful. Good bedside manor and not a drug pusher
Turned away from an appointment by the front desk receptionist for being 14 minutes late for an appointment. Zero flexibility or willingness to give good customer service or see how she could have rescheduled to fit us in again. Will be finding a new dermatologist unfortunately.
