Saw the team today for a follow-up on a complication from a surgery at another practice. The doctor had one of the best chair side manners I’ve ever seen. The front office and his assistant were SO nice and went out of their way to help me get what I needed. Genuinely appreciate these kind authentic humans. It’s very obvious they had my best interest at heart. Riverchase must do a good job hiring and training because I felt the same way about the team at the Venice location.
Everyone from the reception desk to the Medical Assistant and PA, were professional and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this practice.
