I was a new patient at Riverchase and saw Michelle Hampton, PA. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. She came into the room seeming uninterested and made the appointment feel awkward. I felt rushed and didn’t have the opportunity to fully discuss my concerns. She didn’t even spend 10 minutes with me….I will not be returning nor do I recommend her.

I went today for my first visit at Riverchase I arrived 10 minutes early. I filled out a 1 page document and handed over my ID and insurance info - I did my pre- visit online a day before. I was called back exactly on time My PA Gina was in my room and doing my exam in 4 minutes. She was thorough, practical, funny and a local girl My nurse was also very good I was at the checkout area inside 15 minutes and out the door a minute later Could not have gotten treated better

The staff is very friendly and makes it easy to get an appointment in just as easy when you're checking out. I'm not a fan of change and Gina has been seeing me for quite a while. She is very thorough and very kind.

Always a seamless experience. Outstanding as always! In a time when service seems to be on the decline, I appreciate the exemplary treatment at Riverchase. Dr Gina and the staff are awesome.
