I went today for my first visit at Riverchase I arrived 10 minutes early. I filled out a 1 page document and handed over my ID and insurance info - I did my pre- visit online a day before. I was called back exactly on time My PA Gina was in my room and doing my exam in 4 minutes. She was thorough, practical, funny and a local girl My nurse was also very good I was at the checkout area inside 15 minutes and out the door a minute later Could not have gotten treated better
The staff is very friendly and makes it easy to get an appointment in just as easy when you're checking out. I'm not a fan of change and Gina has been seeing me for quite a while. She is very thorough and very kind.

Booked an appointment for a full body scan and was asked if I had points of concern, to which I said yes, I had 2. Got to the appointment and they did not do a full body scan, saying I had booked for the points of concern. They could not do both on the same consultation. I did not like that! It is hard enough yo get one appointment! And I also have to pay my $60 co-pay twice! The nurse was nice and polite but the nurse’s assistant could be more “welcoming” and give a smile and be more empathetic . It doesn’t hurt!
