This place is an absolute disaster. Rescheduled because im considered a new patient even though I was treated here a few years ago, then I drive 1 hour out of my way to go to appointment today, after filling out all paperwork I was told that because it wasn't filled out prior to appointment (their App wasn't working) they would have to reschedule. If you have other options I would pursue them. They are ridiculously unorganized, and nothing like they were just 5 years ago
