Bad Service Arrogance that's all I can say. Scolded me each time I went in about how badly behaved my Beagle was. Instead of helping me I was constantly listening to how much 'experience' he had and all the things I could be doing to make my dog a better pet. I get the impression all pets are inferior to his own. Not gonna waste my time with that again, I have since found another vet.
